The day Sharon Stone ended a relationship because she didn’t want botox

After years of botox, Sharon Stone decided to stop using this practice. A decision that did not please one of her lovers, younger than her.

Sharon Stone, one of the most beautiful women in the world, knows perfectly well how tiring the social norms of fighting against old age can be. Fortunately, she also knows what it takes to embrace her beauty as she ages. She explains it with a most personal anecdote: the actress tells of ending one of her relationships because of botox.

"I feel like women become invisible once they become mothers and at 45, people walk by you as if you weren't there," Sharon Stone told Vogue Arabia in a recent interview. The 63-year-old star recalls one of her love stories: Sharon Stone was dating a man younger than her, who asked her if she wanted to have surgery. "It would probably be very good for your ego and mine if I did," she replied, before continuing: "I saw him one last time after that, then he did not want to see me. "If you do not see me beyond that, I beg you to take the way of the exit", she concludes.

Before this sentimental hazard, Sharon Stone had to consider her recourse to botox of a medical eye: "There were periods when I was very exposed and had botox and injections and stuff, and then I had this massive stroke and a nine-day brain hemorrhage and had to do over 300 injections of botox and filler to bring up one side of my face," she reveals, adding that this experience turned botox from a "cute luxury to a kind of massive, painful neurological need." After that painful episode, she stopped using it.

"I feel like this is the most exciting and creative time of my life," she said of her post-botox era. "I feel really, really happy. I've never been this joyful."
