"Here she is! We are thrilled to introduce you to our little dream come true," Mom Hilaria wrote on Instagram. The baby girl's name is Ilaria Catalina Irena and she has brought serenity to the Baldwin household since the gun incident last fall.
With a tender video that captures moments of pure intimacy and family joy, Hilaria Baldwin introduced her seventh daughter to the world. Born Thursday, her name is Ilaria Catalina Irena and she was born from the model and yoga teacher's love affair with Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin, her husband since 2012 (before that he was married to fellow model Kim Basinger).
Greeted with laughter and cuddles by the clan of little brothers and sisters, Ilaria Catalina Irena is in perfect health, reassures her mother, who was 28 years old when she experienced her first pregnancy (to hardly ever stop).
"Here she is! We are thrilled to present to you our little dream come true! Both she and I are happy and healthy. Her Baldwiniti siblings are spending the day making friends with her and welcoming her into our home. I send you all my love. We are so happy to celebrate this wonderful news with you," Hilaria Baldwin, who is very active in social updates, wrote on her Instagram page.
Surely the happy news of baby Ilaria is what was needed to lift the mood of Alec Baldwin, who in the past few months has been living a real hell (media and personal), after the tragedy that took place on the set of the western Rust, where the actor was shot with a gun that proved fatal to the cinematography director, Halyna Hutchins. From his side, Alec Baldwin has always been adamant that he did not pull the trigger and that he was reassured by the on-set safety officer that the gun in question was unloaded, thus safe for film use.
