Silverbond Enterprises Ltd – licence revocation

The Commission revoked the operating license from Silverbond Enterprises Ltd, which operates Park Lane Casino.
The decision was made because there was a change in the corporate control of the operator and the Commission is not convinced that it would have granted the licensee if the new controller had been the controller of the company when the application for an operating license was made.

Helen Venn, executive director of the Commission, said: “We regulate gambling in the public interest and to maintain public confidence in the industry. In doing this, we must obtain information about persons who have or have significant interests in the gambling business.

The non-Gamstop websites are listed at https://www.casinositesnotongamstop.com/.

“We have revoked this license because we are not satisfied with the source of the funds (SOF) used to acquire and support Licensee when corporate control changes or to whom Licensee’s future profits will be paid. We also identified concerns about the usefulness of the new administrator due to his unsatisfactory history of providing the information requested in our inquiries. ”
