In an interview for Australian radio, Errol Musk, Elon Musk's father, made several disparaging statements about his son, his life and his career.

He was obviously asked about his family and in particular his son Elon Musk, boss of Tesla and SpaceX, and, incidentally, the richest man in the world.

The show's presenter described Elon Musk as a man "who represents a lot of money and has created a lot of things". "You must be very proud of him…how does that feel to you?" Are you proud of him? – she asks. With an almost disconcerting spontaneity, the 79-year-old man replies: “No. In our family, we have been doing a lot of things for a long time. It's not like we suddenly started doing things. When they were little, the children traveled with me, they did very interesting things," explains Errol Musk, citing their trips to the Amazon or China. So, in the Musk family, Elon would be a child like the others? His father concedes all the same that he succeeded in "exceeding the mark" family.
Elon Musk is not the favorite son
